All orders are subject to availability. Pat's Kitchen reserves the right to limit order quantities and to discontinue any menu item at any time.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Pat's Kitchen does not store your card number. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an email receipt from Stripe upon successful payment.
Pat's Kitchen offers delivery only. We do not offer in-person pickup at this time.
Delivery is available within a 25-mile radius of 4660 Martin Luther King Jr Ave SW, Washington, DC 20032. Addresses outside this area are not eligible for delivery. You will be notified during checkout if your address falls outside the delivery area.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances. Pat's Kitchen is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. Pat's Kitchen is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Program description: Pat's Kitchen sends SMS messages to customers who provide their phone number when placing an order or creating an account on patskitchen.online. Messages include order delivery status updates and a one-time post-delivery feedback survey link.

How to opt in: You opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your phone number when creating an account or placing an order on patskitchen.online. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive the messages described above.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies per order. You will receive up to 3 delivery status messages and 1 survey message per order placed.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Supported carriers: All major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
How to opt out or get help:
To stop receiving messages from Pat's Kitchen at any time, reply STOP to any message we send you. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Privacy: Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Messages are sent using Twilio as our SMS service provider.

All sales are final once an order has been confirmed and payment processed. Because meals are prepared fresh to order, we are unable to accept cancellations after the order is placed.
If there is an issue with your order — such as an incorrect item, missing item, or quality concern — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@patskitchen.online and we will work to make it right.
Refunds are issued at Pat's Kitchen's sole discretion and will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
All content on patskitchen.online — including text, photos, logos, recipes, and design — is the property of Pat's Kitchen and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Pat's Kitchen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability of our website or the accuracy of any content on it.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or SMS program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
